3rd Shift E-Coat Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain load bar effectiveness. (Clean, repair, and change out bad hang hardware)
• Clean and replace film on all windows on the catwalk. (North and south side as needed)
• Clean north and south catwalks. (Wipe off railings, sweep floor, clean pump houses)
• Dump all hoppers related to the e-coat system.
• Bring chemicals out for E-Coat from chemical storeroom.
• Rotate UB hang hardware in and out for burn off.
• Assist E-Coat Tech with tank cleaning on weekends.
• General housekeeping around E-Coat area. (Sweeping in designated area and wiping down equipment)
• Come in 1 hour early every Sunday to clean the transfer cart.
• Work the week of shutdown.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Be able to work with limited supervision.
• Be able to weld, use a torch and plasma cutter.
• Have or be able to obtain forklift license.
• Be able to work at heights in excess of 25 feet.

• Be able to work in confined spaces.
