Lot Manager/Porter

Overview:  The Lot Manager/Porter is responsible for managing chassis inventory for the facility.

Duties & Responsibilities      

• Receives, inspects, scans and parks all incoming chassis
• Records and reports any transportation damage for incoming chassis
• Takes a monthly chassis inventory
• Maintains lot appearance.
• Assists other lot personnel when needed
• Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Certification Requirements:

High School or equivalent experience

Qualification Requirements (i.e. experience, skills, ability, knowledge, etc.)

• Ability to read and interpret delivery receipts
• Good communication skills
• Ability to perform basic math functions

Physical Demands:

Normal standing, walking, bending and sitting required at various times.  Lifting/moving up to 50 lbs.  Ability to work in multiple climates throughout the year.

Other factors:

• Must have a valid driver's license
