Order Support Specialist

Position Purpose: Provide daily order support to customer in key areas during order execution and installation. Position will also provide added support to Fleet Account Managers and Production Coordinators.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Position will serve as primary point of communication for all incoming installation status inquiries for Truck Pool, Fleet and Industrial Product accounts. Managing the Fleetstatus@Knapheide.com email inbox will be a top priority.

· Will manage the production scheduling and order status of all local installations through distributor channels.

· Will manage the daily release of Second Stage MSO as requested or required by Knapheide customers.

· Work closely with Fleet Management Companies executing daily order status updating to ensure accuracy of order tracking and system updating.

· Manage release of Pool Delivery Receipts to customers as requested and archiving in Knapheide system.

· Responsible for establishing and maintaining all automated customer status reporting and date change reporting.

· Manage reporting and follow up with Fleet Account Managers to identify and secure orders for chassis received not tied to open orders.

• Other Duties and responsibilities as assigned or required while in this position.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

• Two or four-year college degree or equivalent work experience in customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• General working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
