Position Overview:

Pilots are to provide high quality, safe air transportation to our employees and customers so they can successfully conduct Company business in a timely and efficient fashion. They also serve as an ambassador of the company to our customers and guests and keep the interests of the company in mind, but never compromise safety.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinate with appropriate company representatives to assure travel schedules are met for customers, guests and employees. While our aircraft is essential in conducting Company business, the Pilots primary consideration in operating Company aircraft will always be safety. Pilots will always take the conservative approach when making decisions. Safety can never be compromised.

Prior to all flight operations, training philosophy's and maintenance procedures are expected to be completed in strict accordance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.

Meet all aviation requirements such as filing flight plans, proper authorization is received from flight controllers, filing of flight reports, etc.

Assist as required in the general care and maintenance of the aircraft.

Assure customers and guests have any accommodations met during travel and upon arrival at airport.

Position Requirements:

Pilots must hold an Airline Transport Pilot Rating or be Commercial and Instrument Rated, as well as hold an Airframe and Powerplant Technicians License with an Authorized Inspector's Certificate.

Flight Crew members must be licensed, by the FAA to fly our specific aircraft (as defined as a Type Rating by the FAA) as well as having completed an Aircraft Manufacturers/Insurance Company approved initial/recurrent pilot training course(s) appropriate to the duties assumed.

All pilots must undergo refresher training and re-examination annually.

Must pass all required physical requirements for pilots.

Must be familiar with appropriate computer programs as related to the Flight Department.

Need to have good communication skills, level-headed, ability to think and respond appropriately in difficult situations, logical problem solving skills, and be customer service orientated.

Physical/Mental Requirements Needed to Perform the Essential Functions of the Position:

Must hold a current Second Class Flight Physical or higher.

Pilots will need to be able travel over night.

Be able to help passengers with luggage and personal items.
